ONSITE CARAVAN & CONTENTS INSURANCE

We arrange cover for owners of Park Homes & On Site Caravans including Fixed Structural Improvements consisting of Fixed Hardwalled Annexe, Tropical Roof, Car Port where they are attached to the On Site Caravan. The policy includes:

• Contents and Personal Effects,
• Electrical Damage to electric motors of electrical appliances,
• Third Party Liability Indemnity as owner/occupier of the Caravan including Personal Liability Indemnity anywhere in Australia, where the insured is not covered by another existing home or contents insurance policy in their name.

It is a concern, that so many owners of On Site Caravans do not have On Site Caravan Insurance and are exposed to the potential and costly liability claims that can occur from a fire or an accident causing bodily injury to others or loss of or damage to property of others.

The risks associated with owning an On Site Caravan is the same as owning your home, however you need the right policy, which we provide.

Some additional costs/benefits which are covered by the Specialist policy include:

• Alternative Temporary accommodation costs incurred whilst the caravan is undergoing repair following an accident, with specific limit where caravan is not your usual home and a higher limit applies where the caravan is your usual home.
• On site Policy can be extended to include short term towing risk to another caravan park
